At SynoCell, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all SynoCell purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your results, you may return your order — including opened and partially used bottles — within 90 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:
- Your return request is submitted within 90 days of your original purchase date.
- You purchased directly from synocellsupplement.com.
- You return all bottles associated with your order — opened, partially used, or empty bottles are accepted.
- You provide your order number so we can locate your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
Starting your return is simple. Follow these steps:
- 1 Email us at hello@synocellsupplement.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]". Include your order number and a brief note about your experience.
- 2 Wait for our response. Our Wellness Support Team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (US & Canada orders).
- 3 Pack and ship your bottles. Securely package all bottles and drop off your return at any authorized shipping location using the prepaid label we provide.
- 4 Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Timeline
After we receive your returned items, refunds are processed as follows:
- Inspection: 1–2 business days after delivery to our fulfillment center.
- Refund issued: Within 3–5 business days of inspection approval.
- Bank processing: An additional 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the United States and Canada. You will not pay anything out of pocket to send your bottles back to us.
For customers outside the US and Canada, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns that arrive without tracking. Once your return is received and processed, your full refund will be issued regardless of the return shipping cost you incurred.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@synocellsupplement.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not need to return damaged items.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Returns requested after 90 days from the purchase date.
- Orders purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, eBay, etc.) — contact the retailer directly.
- Original outbound shipping charges (if applicable).
Return Address
Once your return is approved, ship your items to our fulfillment center. Do not send returns before receiving written approval and a prepaid label from our team, as unauthorized returns may cause delays.
